We cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If you are not 100% happy with your order drop us a line and we'll do our best to help.
We do not provide refunds, replacements or credit for parcels lost or damaged in transit. You can purchase additional insurance please select during checkout. The shipping services we use are, Australia Post & Australia Post International standard and express. By placing an order with us you accept subject to the terms and conditions set by these carriers with regards to insurance and compensation for delays, damage and loss of item.
If you have provided incorrect or incomplete information in your order, you will be responsible for resulting delays, re-delivery charges, damage or loss.
